VITAE Record

VITAE Record is a tool for documentation and communication. It creates the framework for a shared workspace, irrespective if the user is assessment officer, home care, rehabilitation centre, social worker or private provider.

The modules of VITAE contain targeted functionality and each module can be configurated and adjusted to local organizations, classifications and the need for documentation.

VITAE Record is a mobile solution that can be used online at the citizen's home, with full access to all records, or as an offline solution with access to selected data. Furthermore, the citizen may be given access to their own data through a special web portal.

The solution includes a role-based security system that ensures management and control of authorization, access and loggings.
